In this role, you will oversee and manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate inventory management, and the smooth execution of logistics operations. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating shipments, optimizing storage, and implementing Safety protocols to maintain a secure and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of logistics principles. You will play a key role in streamlining processes and ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies and Safety standards. Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required for all personnel. This role may involve some physical duties, including moderate Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and processes.
- Ensure adherence to all Safety policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics partners.
- Manage shipping and receiving schedules.
- Implement and enforce the use of required PPE.
- Support tasks involving moderate Lifting and material handling.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse coordination or management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software.
- Commitment to promoting a culture of Safety.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Must be compliant with all PPE requirements.
