They are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to gather requirements, develop and maintain data sets, create and enhance reports, and support data quality and governance processes.
Responsibilities : • Work closely with internal teams to design and implement data pipelines, ensuring the efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data into the data warehouse/lakehouse. • Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into well-defined documentation and effective reporting solutions. • Develop and optimize reports and dashboards that deliver accurate, relevant, and actionable insights aligned with organizational objectives. • Monitor and optimize report, dashboard, and query performance to ensure fast, reliable access to analytics. • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. • Support efforts to enhance data quality and uphold data governance processes. • Work closely with teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, contributing to a robust and reliable data infrastructure. • Provide training, guidance, and support to business users on BI tools, dashboards, and data best practices to enhance data literacy across the organization.
Qualifications : Required : • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering) • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python • Proficiency in reporting applications Power BI and Tableau • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms or services (e.g., Azure or AWS) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail • Familiarity with ETL processes and tools • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment • Interdisciplinary insight to collaborate effectively with teams from various departments • Results-oriented mindset, committed to delivering high-quality outputs • Able to lift 50 pounds • Successful Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) is required
