pstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/p
ul liArchitect, design, and develop enterprise-wide BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server./li liLead the entire BI lifecycle, from gathering requirements to designing data models, creating dashboards, and deploying solutions./li liOptimize and enhance BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability, ensuring data integrity and accuracy./li liConduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions./li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to integrate BI solutions with other systems./li liProvide leadership and mentorship to junior BI developers, guiding them on best practices, tool usage, and professional growth./li liManage ETL processes, ensuring efficient data flow and integration across various data sources./li liContinuously improve BI processes, tools, and standards within the organization./li /ul
pstrongQualifications:/strong/p
ul liBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Preferred)./li li5+ years of experience in business intelligence development, with a proven track record of delivering complex BI projects./li liExpertise in BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server, with advanced knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and ETL processes./li liStrong leadership skills with experience in managing projects and mentoring junior developers./li liProficiency in SQL and experience with advanced data analysis techniques./li liExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders./li liA deep understanding of BI best practices and emerging trends in data analytics./li /ul
