This is a hands-on role for someone curious about innovation, product development, and brand growth, with exposure to the full product lifecycle in a busy, cooperative environment.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate NPD projects from approval to launch, tracking timelines and milestones Work closely with Sales, Production, and Technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures Support brand initiatives and help maintain consistency across communications and materials Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging opportunities Assist with sustainability reporting and data collection Skills & Experience Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication, both written and verbal Effective project coordination and progress tracking Comfortable working xcfaprz independently and collaboratively Strong analytical skills to interpret market and product insights Relevant technical qualification in food science or similar Ideal Candidate A proactive, curious, and hands-on professional with a passion for food, innovation, and bringing new products to market.
