Background The Assistant Development and Planning Manager supports the process from land purchase through to planning approval
- assisting with due diligence, planning, design, and overall project coordination to help bring schemes forward to a deliverable stage.
Package details Base salary €50,000
- €60,000 Annual bonus Annual salary reviews Pension Healthcare 23 days annual leave Responsibilities Assist with planning strategy from pre-application through to decision Oversee planning compliance and maintain trackers Liaise with local authorities, consultees, and key stakeholders Monitor planning policy and emerging local plans Support day-to-day coordination of live planning projects Help procure design teams and assist with project budgets Manage external consultants including architects, engineers, and specialists Contribute to site layouts and masterplans to ensure compliance and commercial viability Ensure schemes meet planning policy, design standards, and sustainability requirements Work closely with Technical and Construction teams to ensure deliverability Support xcfaprz value engineering and design optimisation Assist with feasibility studies, planning appraisals, and development strategies Provide planning risk and programme advice on potential sites Key skills required Experience in development within residential development or consultancy Experience in house building at any stage of project lifecycle Benefits: Pension Fund bonus Medical Aid / Health Care competitive salary
