Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a
Radiation Therapist
to join our team. The primary responsibility is to administer ionizing radiation to patients (including adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations) in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist. This role will be performed under the general supervision of the Chief Therapist.
Job Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma, required
Graduate of an ARRT Approved Program in Radiation Therapy, required
Experience:
1 year of ARIA experience, preferred
3 years of Radiation Therapy experience, preferred
Certifications/Licensures:
American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) Certification in Radiation Therapy (T), required within one (1) year of hire date
Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT), required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, required within ninety (90) days of start date
