About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and enhance our recruitment and onboarding experience across the EconoLease and SilverChef teams in Canada and the US. This role plays a key part in attracting high‑quality, values‑aligned talent while ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate journey.


Reporting to the People & Impact team, you’ll coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes, support hiring leaders, maintain talent pipelines, and help create a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people‑focused, and passionate about delivering an inclusive, high‑quality hiring experience.


In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment including posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, references, and offers
  • Conduct role briefings and phone screens to assess fit and values alignment
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and ensure strong candidate communication
  • Maintain recruitment systems and talent pipelines
  • Support onboarding activities, including system setup, documentation, and induction scheduling
  • Assist with salary benchmarking, market research, and recruitment reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the candidate and new‑starter experience


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR administration
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in recruitment
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment
