Our client, a global leading #Gold producer supporting major #CAPEX and brownfield mining projects , is seeking a Senior Project Controls Lead to bring structure, leadership, and rigor to a multi-billion-dollar, multi-year capital expansion program in Northern Canada .

This is a high-impact, long-term role — the program extends over 5+ years , with yearly contract renewals , offering continuity and meaningful exposure to executive-level decision-making.

⚙️ Your Impact

Lead full-cycle project controls on a major CAPEX mining project

Develop, manage, and control multi-year project budgets and schedules

️ Monitor performance against baseline, including EAC, ETC, schedule trends & risk analysis

Deliver structured variance analysis and executive-level reporting

⛏️ Translate construction progress into meaningful financial and schedule insights

Strengthen project controls frameworks and governance processes

Mentor and provide oversight to junior project controls professionals
