Engagement Manager – Market Access | Life Sciences Consulting
A leading global life sciences consulting organisation is looking for an experienced Engagement Manager Market Access to join its growing practice.
This is a senior client-facing role offering the opportunity to shape strategy, lead high-impact projects, and drive commercial growth across global pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
This role sits within a rapidly expanding Market Access team and will suit someone with strong consulting experience, a strategic mindset, and a passion for helping innovative therapies reach patients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver multiple market access consulting projects for global clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, retention, and cross-selling
- Contribute to complex proposals, pitches, and broader business development activities
- Provide strategic insight to clients, helping address both immediate and long-term market access challenges
- Support the development of the Market Access practice through internal initiatives and thought leadership
- Manage and mentor team members, supporting the growth and development of consultants and analysts
- Ensure high-quality, actionable deliverables that meet evolving client needs
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in Market Access consulting or a related life sciences strategy environment
- Strong knowledge of US and European healthcare markets (global experience preferred)
- Proven track record in client engagement and business development
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
- Advanced degree in a life sciences or healthcare discipline (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MPH, MBA )
- Ideal Candidate
