As our operations continue expanding, we are strengthening our remote administrative support team and are currently hiring Work From Home Data Entry & Administrative Assistants to help maintain accurate records and support internal workflows.


This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.


Multiple openings are currently available as our remote administrative team continues to expand.


Both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available.


Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for qualified candidates.


Key Responsibilities


• Enter and update data accurately into company systems and databases

• Review documents and records to ensure information is correct and complete

• Maintain organized digital files and documentation

• Verify data entries and correct inconsistencies when necessary

• Assist with updating order information and internal documentation

• Communicate with internal teams when clarification is required

• Maintain confidentiality when handling company information

• Support general administrative and data management tasks as assigned


Knowledge and Skills Required


• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer and internet navigation skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records

• Professional written communication skills

• Previous administrative or data entry experience is helpful but not required

Work Location


Remote – Work From Home (Canada)


Team members work remotely from their home location while supporting company operations and internal administrative processes.
