Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to join our disaster restoration team.

If you have built your reputation managing large-loss restoration projects and take pride in delivering exceptional results, this is your opportunity to work on high-impact projects with a strong, supportive team.

What You’ll Do

You will lead restoration projects from initial assessment through completion - working closely with property owners, adjusters, and insurers to bring properties back to pre-loss condition.

You’ll be trusted to:

• Manage multiple complex restoration projects simultaneously
• Prepare accurate estimates and control project budgets
• Lead trades and subcontractors to deliver quality work on schedule
• Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Navigate challenges and keep projects moving forward

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in disaster restoration project management
• Proven success handling large-loss files
• Expertise in tools like Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and Encircle
• Strong financial, communication, and leadership skills
• A reputation for reliability, professionalism, and results
