We’re hiring a high-impact Talent Acquisition Partner who approaches recruiting like an operator: strong sourcing instincts, disciplined execution, and accountability for outcomes.
This is not a post-and-pray or order-taking role. If you come from an agency or search firm background, the expectations will feel familiar: speed with judgment, pipeline ownership, and data-backed influence with hiring leaders.
The Role
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and locations. You’ll run your requisitions with the same urgency and structure you’d expect in a high-performing agency environment — with the depth, stability, and long-term impact of an in-house seat.
You will act as a true talent advisor to hiring leaders, balancing speed and quality, building proactive pipelines, and continuously improving how we hire as we grow.
What You’ll Do
Run full-cycle recruitment with urgency and structure
- Own requisitions from intake to offer: posting, outbound sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing
- Run multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality, professionalism, and momentum
- Establish clear cadences with stakeholders to keep decisions moving
Own sourcing and pipeline health
- Build and maintain active pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, and targeted searches
- Treat pipeline health as a leading indicator — not something to fix when roles go stale
- Stay ahead of hiring needs so recruiting is never purely reactive
Partner with leaders as a talent advisor
- Clarify needs, challenge assumptions, and raise decision quality
- Bring real market insight to guide profiles, compensation conversations, and timelines
- Balance speed with standards — and know when to push for one or the other
Use data to improve outcomes
- Participate in monthly Indeed strategy calls alongside TA and hiring leaders across North America
- Track and optimize key funnel metrics: response rates, conversion, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance
- Continuously refine sourcing and job ad performance based on results (not guesswork)
Deliver a candidate experience that builds the brand
- Create a fast, clear, respectful candidate journey from first touch to offer close
- Communicate consistently and professionally throughout the process
- Close strong by aligning candidates and leaders early to improve acceptance and retention
What You Bring
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong preference for agency/search or a mixed agency + in-house background
- Proven ability to source, engage, and close candidates proactively
- Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills
- Comfort using funnel data and market insight to drive better outcomes
