Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: Starting at $24/hour

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing environment in Milton. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance who is comfortable troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Support quality inspections and ensure equipment meets operational standards
• Coordinate with external contractors when required
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as needed

Requirements

• 442A Industrial Electrician License (309A or 442A strongly preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics
• Forklift experience is considered an asset
