Technical Project Manager – AI & Digital Solutions

TechioSoft builds enterprise software and digital modernization solutions for clients across Canada. Our teams deliver complex digital solutions across cloud platforms, AI-driven systems, data environments, and enterprise integrations.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can confidently operate between clients and engineering teams while ensuring delivery remains aligned with the SOW, project plan, and milestones.

What You'll Do

• Lead coordination across developers, architects, and client stakeholders
• Run project meetings, delivery updates, and technical working sessions
• Track timelines, risks, and milestones across initiatives
• Ensure delivery stays aligned with SOW commitments and project plans
• Translate client requirements into clear engineering tasks
• Maintain visibility into architecture discussions, APIs, and integrations
• Identify delivery risks early and help resolve blockers
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7+ years experience in technical project management or delivery coordination
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to discuss APIs, integrations, and architecture with engineers
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Strongly Preferred

• Previous hands-on software development experience
• Experience with APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms
• Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure/AWS), DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, and modern data or AI platforms

Role Details

Location: Burnaby, BC

Hybrid: 3 days per week in the Burnaby office

Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship)
