Project Manager

Title : Project Manager - IT/Construction preferred

Location : Ottawa - Gloucester area

Duration : Permanent FT - 5x a week on-site

As a Project Manager you’ll oversee projects that vary widely in size and complexity, from short-term initiatives to multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar programs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment - making sure every project moves forward smoothly and successfully.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, engineering, or information technology is required.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered, depending on the experience.
• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in project management, coordination, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, and working with diverse teams is essential.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies

NICE TO HAVE:

• Bilingual proficiency in both French and English.
• Experience working on large Government of Canada contracts, demonstrating familiarity with public sector processes and requirements.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including participation in Agile teams and delivery cycles.
• Degree in engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution.
• Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies.
