Build the Foundation of a Growing Company

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Purchasing Manager to join our growing organization and build our procurement function from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in building systems, improving processes, and shaping how purchasing supports construction operations at scale. As our company continues to grow, this role will play a critical part in developing the structure, partnerships, and strategies that ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and reliably.

You’ll have the opportunity to build, own and lead the purchasing function, with the autonomy to make decisions and implement strategies that support project success and operational growth. It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and making a meaningful impact.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in construction procurement, a strategic mindset, and the practical ability to roll up their sleeves and execute. You will help guide the company through the exciting transition from a smaller, entrepreneurial operation into a more structured and scalable organization—anticipating both the opportunities and the challenges that growth brings.

You’ll be joining a growing, entrepreneurial team where initiative, expertise, and a can-do attitude are valued!
