This role oversees the full scope of construction activities across a large commercial real estate portfolio in Québec. The Project Manager ensures that building operations, capital projects, and redevelopment initiatives are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational objectives.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Director, the Project Manager leads project planning, execution, and oversight for construction and investment initiatives across the portfolio. The role manages internal technicians and project teams, guides vendor performance, reviews budgets and schedules, and ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction, redevelopment, and major repair projects from planning to delivery.
- Manage internal project managers, coordinators, and technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards.
- Review and approve budgets, schedules, change orders, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to meet timelines, financial targets, and safety requirements.
- Lead vendor management, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and cost control.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to operations and capital projects.
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the construction team.
Desired Candidate
- 8+ years of experience in construction management and building operations.
- Proven leadership experience overseeing multi‑site operations and project teams.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and health & safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and multiple projects.
- Experience supervising contractors and suppliers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of property/project management platforms is an asset.
- Bilingual French/English is required.
