Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Process Engineer position located in Kitchener, ON. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient process control and compliance with quality standards. Daily tasks include analyzing existing processes, identifying performance improvement opportunities, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support product development. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Process Design and Process Engineering
• Strong knowledge in Process Control and Chemical Engineering essentials
• Advanced Analytical Skills to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in using process simulation and engineering software is an asset
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in the medical device industry is highly advantageous
