HERE’S WHAT THE JOB REALLY LOOKS LIKE
The Benefits Analyst provides administrative support for employee benefits and leave programs in Canada and the United States. The position works under established procedures and escalates complex issues as needed.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Benefits Administration: Perform administrative support for benefits programs, including health, retirement and voluntary benefits.
WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
- Support leaves process and work permit tracking in Canada.
- Support annual and off‑cycle enrollment by putting together employee data.
- Assist with vendor invoicing and data requests.
- Support process documentation and data clean‑up activities as needed.
WHAT’LL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- 2 years of experience in HR administration, benefits, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of employee benefits processes.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- French speaking preferred.
