Role Description
This full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant / Office Clerk is based in Etobicoke, ON. The position involves providing administrative support, managing office tasks, handling phone communications, assisting executives, and performing clerical duties. The role requires attention to detail, effective time management, and a collaborative approach to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to organize and manage office operations effectively
- Strong Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support managerial staff and executive-level tasks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous
