Senior Project Manager

Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in the Construction Industry in Newmarket, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

• Direct full project lifecycle following design specifications and schedules
• Oversee project performance, budget, labour, materials, equipment, and safety
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Analyze and interpret drawings, documentation, and technical specifications
• Review, coordinate, and manage monthly billings and contract changes
• Lead, coach, and support a diverse project team
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and drive innovation
• Represent the organization with professionalism on all project matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or equivalent technical training
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in senior-level project management roles
• Proven track record delivering large, complex ICI construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and building codes
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and technology skills
• Proactive, self-directed leader with strong decision-making capability
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
