*What You’ll Be Doing:*
* Administer or assist residents with medications and follow individualized service plans
* Measure and document vital signs, weights, and resident observations
* Collect, store, and transport laboratory specimens as required
* Accurately document medication administration, nursing notes, and incidents
* Follow medication room systems, physician orders, and safety/emergency protocols (CPR/First Aid)
* Communicate effectively with the Director of Wellness and care team while providing compassionate, resident-centered care
*What We’re Looking For:*
* *Texas Medication Technician Certification (Required)*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Current *CPR certification* (First Aid required or willingness to obtain)
* *Must be at least 21 years of age*
* Minimum *6 months of similar experience* preferred
* Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced care environment
* Positive attitude with a strong commitment to resident advocacy and teamwork
