*What You’ll Do*
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring successful service delivery for our telecom projects, working alongside engineers, sales, and customers to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
*Your Responsibilities Include:*
* *Order & Project Coordination:* Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders to ensure timely service delivery.
* *Provisioning & Order Management:* Deliver provisioning services to clients professionally and efficiently.
* *Customer Communications:* Act as a key point of contact for updates, queries, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
* *Stakeholder Liaison:* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors like Openreach to ensure seamless execution.
* *Engineer Scheduling:* Organise installations, surveys, and technical support visits.
* *CRM Management:* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system.
* *Stock Oversight:* Ensure required equipment and stock are ordered and tracked.
* *Number Porting & Connectivity:* Handle broadband, SIP, SIM, and number porting orders.
*Support Tasks:*
* Assist senior project managers on complex deployments.
* Monitor progress, highlight risks, and contribute to project meetings.
* Drive solutions and proactive issue resolution during delivery.
*What We’re Looking For*
An organised, enthusiastic individual with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset. You don’t need years of experience, just a willingness to learn and a passion for delivering great service.
*Your Skillset:*
* Technically curious with basic knowledge of telecom services.
* Excellent communication—both verbal and written.
* Organised and methodical, with strong time management.
* Customer-focused and collaborative.
* Keen attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
*Preferred (but not required):*
* Previous experience in telecoms, customer service, or project support.
