• Act as Duty Manager regularly, leading your team to ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are met.

As our Operations Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Has led a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across different departments.
• Is experienced in financial planning and management.
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
