As an Activities Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the efficient operation of all activities in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, and Families Departments within your DL Club.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire club.
• Recruit, train, and empower your team to deliver an exceptional experience to our members.

As our ideal Activities Manager, you will:

• Have experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Demonstrate experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across different departments.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Have experience in financial planning and management.
• Possess a passion for customer service.
