F&B Product Development Manager

As the Food & Beverage Product Development Manager , you will:

• Collaborate closely with suppliers and the wider business to spearhead product development and innovation.
• Drive member retention by creating an exciting, innovative, and healthy range of quality food and beverage products.
• Deliver a premium experience to all our members through effective training and a deep understanding of industry trends.

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with travel to clubs in the UK and occasionally Europe. Be prepared for some evening and weekend commitments, especially when leading training sessions, conducting consumer trials, or managing ad hoc projects.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in Food Product Development, or City & Guilds Level 3, or several years of equivalent experience in a similar role or branded casual dining.
• Food Safety Level 3 & Advanced Food Allergen qualification (desirable).
• Knowledge of menu costing and nutritional software packages.
• Experience in writing training manuals and templates.
