As a Swim Instructor , you will engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals, whether in one-on-one or group sessions. We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, allowing them to thrive both physically and mentally while fulfilling their full potential.

• Engage and motivate members of all ages in swimming activities.
• Deliver high-quality instruction in both individual and group settings.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.

• You must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent to apply for this role.
• A passion for all things health and fitness is essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to our members.
