We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of various lines of business, excellent networking skills, and a collaborative mindset. Location is flexible, so whether you’re in London, Munich, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome, Paris, or elsewhere, we’d love to hear from you.

• Support the evaluation and structuring of Captive Programmes tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with our Treaty business teams to ensure smooth placement and management of Captive business.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across the EMEA region.
• Help us achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Provide expert actuarial insights to develop innovative reinsurance and risk management solutions.

• You’re an experienced actuary with at least 4 years of professional experience.
• Your background could be in auditing, consultancy, captives, reinsurance, or broking.
• You have a strong understanding of various lines of business and how they interact.
• You’re fluent in English, and knowledge of another European language is a plus.
• You’re a natural networker with excellent collaboration skills.
• You’re flexible and open to working from one of our key locations.
