An eCommerce Business Intelligence Analyst owns the design and delivery of data visualizations that translate complex eCommerce data into clear business insights for stakeholders. This role is a key partner for Sales and cross-functional teams and is expected to proactively provide innovative Business Intelligence products that support the eCommerce Team’s business objectives and operating plan.

• Surface and lead adoption of innovative solutions that provide Nestle Purina a competitive advantage, further digital transformation, and support Connected Commerce.
• Contribute to creation and activation of Business Intelligence roadmap to support generating demand plan and drive measurable efficiencies across team
• Partner with Customer teams to design enhanced reporting content that drives new insights and improved decision-making
• Identify trends and exceptions in eCommerce data and translate them into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Own the translation of business requirements and extract technical needs to deliver optimal reporting and analytics solutions.
• Lead connection with third party sales data providers to ensure streamlined and efficient data acquisition.
• Lead for IT support in maintaining current tools and development of new capabilities.
• Deploy solutions by coaching and embedding technology throughout the team
• Attend industry conferences to identify and build new category and technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of
• 1+ years of experience in digital category development, business analytics or marketing
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft self-service platform (Power Bi, Power Automate, Power Apps, Databricks), SAP, and Business Objects

Other

• SQL Experience preferred
