We are searching for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick items and meticulously pack orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Responsibilities include navigating the warehouse, identifying and retrieving correct products, and preparing them for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Verify item numbers and quantities for each order picked.
- Pack items securely into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and any necessary documentation to packages.
- Stage packed orders for outgoing shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily picking and packing targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking or packing is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and logistics principles.
- Willingness to wear and use provided PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
