This dynamic role is at the heart of our e-commerce logistics, focusing on accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. We are looking for energetic individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your attention to detail is vital in this fast-paced setting. We emphasize a culture of safety, requiring the consistent use of appropriate PPE and adherence to all established safety protocols. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting. Responsibilities include: accurately picking items for customer orders, carefully packing orders to prevent damage during transit, processing shipments using our warehouse management system, and assisting with inventory control. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous. Opportunities for growth within our logistics operations are available. Your accuracy and speed in order processing are key to our success. We aim to create a productive and secure environment for all associates. Understanding of picking and packing techniques in a logistics context is helpful. Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs is expected. The correct use of PPE is non-negotiable.
