Become a key player in our distribution center as a Distribution Center Associate in Phoenix, Arizona. This multifaceted role is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring that products are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. You will engage in a variety of tasks, including order picking and packing, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining inventory records. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of safety and productivity. Your role is crucial in meeting customer demands and maintaining operational excellence. We foster a culture of safety, requiring all team members to use provided PPE and follow stringent safety protocols. This position involves regular lifting and physical activity. Responsibilities include: accurately fulfilling customer orders, preparing shipments for transit, operating various warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks), and assisting with stock replenishment. You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred. Opportunities for advancement within our growing logistics operations are available. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will be highly valued. We aim to provide a safe and productive environment for all employees. Understanding of logistics principles and supply chain flow is beneficial. Regular lifting up to 50 lbs is a requirement.
