We are seeking a reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role is fundamental to the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics network, ensuring that goods are processed accurately and timely. You will be involved in a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock and inventory.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the distribution center.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE, and contribute to a safe workplace.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.
- Support various logistics functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and frequent lifting of up to 45 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the distribution center.
