Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Sort and place incoming inventory onto shelves or designated areas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Support team members with various warehouse tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any damaged goods or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability for frequent lifting, typically up to 35 pounds.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
