We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing directly to our logistics success. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will work closely with team members to achieve daily operational goals. This position involves significant physical activity, including regular lifting and moving of goods. Strict adherence to safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of products through our logistics network and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, focusing on safety and PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.
- Handle tasks involving regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting and standing.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
