We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and optimize operations at our Denver, Colorado facility. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, staff supervision, workflow optimization, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership skills and understanding of logistics best practices will be crucial in maintaining an efficient and productive warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of warehouse staff.
  • Overseeing inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and cycle counting processes.
  • Managing the efficient flow of goods, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
  • Implementing and optimizing warehouse workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Training and mentoring warehouse personnel on best practices and safety standards.
  • Maintaining warehouse equipment and facilities, reporting any maintenance needs.
  • Collaborating with management and other departments to meet operational goals.
  • Resolving operational issues and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Generating reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and safety metrics.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a Warehouse Coordinator or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of WMS and other relevant warehouse management software.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and familiarity with PPE requirements.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
