We are hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for our state-of-the-art facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. This key role oversees and manages daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless Logistics and inventory flow. You will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, optimizing workflow, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with all Safety regulations. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management systems. This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting of items up to 40 pounds, and the capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in coordinating receiving, storage, and shipping activities, resolving operational issues, and implementing process improvements. A strong emphasis on Safety is required; you must enforce Safety policies and ensure proper use of PPE by all team members. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.

- Ensure compliance with Safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and manage operational costs.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and external partners.
- Oversee the proper use of PPE and adherence to all safety protocols.
