This position requires the ability to perform manual labor, including significant lifting and moving of various products. Experience operating warehouse equipment is beneficial, and training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves or designated areas.
- Accurately pick items for outgoing orders.
- Pack products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (certification may be required or provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist in maintaining the flow of logistics operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical capability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for an entire shift.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes in logistics.
- Strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
