Your role will involve a range of activities, including receiving and inspecting goods, stocking inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and orderly workspace. This position is essential to our logistics network, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of products. We prioritize a safe working environment and require all employees to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow all safety guidelines. The role involves physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and requires you to be on your feet for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Verify contents against order forms and inspect for damage.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in assigned areas.
- Pick and pack items for customer orders accurately.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality.
