We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of our distribution center. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. You'll be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring that our products move smoothly from receipt to dispatch. We emphasize safety above all else, requiring all employees to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow established safety procedures. The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the warehousing and logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic safety principles in a warehouse environment.
