Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the required use of PPE.
- Follow strict guidelines for safe Lifting and manual handling of products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure smooth logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Demonstrated understanding and adherence to Safety regulations.
