Join our dynamic logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in Virginia Beach, Virginia! We are looking for dedicated individuals to play a key role in our order fulfillment process. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for shipment. This fast-paced role requires efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll be working within our warehouse, utilizing various tools and systems to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time. Safety is a top priority; therefore, adherence to all safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Your contributions are essential to the smooth operation of our logistics network and ensuring our clients receive their orders promptly and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order lists or scans.
- Pack items carefully and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order contents to ensure accuracy before shipment.
- Process and label outgoing shipments according to company standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
- Achieve established productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting items up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and the use of PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
