We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our growing logistics operation in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy are key to ensuring our customers receive their products quickly and correctly. This position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing various tools and equipment to fulfill orders. You will play a crucial role in our supply chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction. We emphasize a safe and productive work environment, where attention to detail and a willingness to learn are highly valued. Teamwork is essential as we collaborate to meet daily fulfillment targets and maintain operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and shrink wrap machines.
- Label packages and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capacity for Lifting items up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic logistics setting.
