We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits, and implementing strategies to minimize discrepancies. This role is critical to our overall warehouse operations, ensuring that we have the right stock at the right time. You will work closely with receiving, shipping, and operations departments to reconcile inventory levels and identify root causes of variances. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a highly organized and efficient warehouse environment. Your responsibilities will include tracking inventory movement, managing stock counts, processing adjustments, and generating reports on inventory status. A thorough understanding of inventory management software and warehouse procedures is essential. We value a proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to continuous improvement in all aspects of inventory control. Your efforts will directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position involves regular physical activity, including bending, reaching, and occasional Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Adherence to all Safety protocols and the use of required PPE is mandatory.
