Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Columbus, Ohio, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to become an integral part of our logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role demands efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety protocols within the warehouse. You will be working with a dedicated team to meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to the overall success of our distribution network. The ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a high level of productivity is essential. We value teamwork and encourage a positive work atmosphere. Experience with order fulfillment processes and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) are beneficial. You will be expected to perform tasks that involve physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate to heavy items. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory to ensure your safety. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within the logistics industry. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Inspect products for quality before packing.
- Prepare orders for shipping by labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Operate equipment safely, as trained.
- Perform tasks requiring lifting and physical exertion.
- Use required PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
