We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our modern facility in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our warehouse and the smooth execution of our logistics strategy. You will be responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders or packing slips.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, adhering to all company Safety protocols.
- Consistently use all mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for each task.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (if trained/certified) and pallet jacks.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
- Support the logistics team by meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
- Perform regular tasks involving Lifting and moving materials up to 60 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role within logistics is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of workplace Safety.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
