As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and sealing items for shipment, and managing inventory. Your role is critical in ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and that products reach our customers on time and in excellent condition. Safety is paramount in our warehouse; therefore, all associates are required to strictly follow safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle physical tasks including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming stock.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use necessary PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
