Join our fast-paced warehouse as an Order Picker in Tampa, Florida! This role is essential to our fulfillment process, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving products from various warehouse locations, scanning items, and preparing them for shipment. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment are key. You'll be working with a dedicated team committed to excellent customer service. This position involves significant movement throughout the warehouse, requiring stamina and agility. Proper training will be provided on all equipment and procedures. Your role directly impacts customer satisfaction, so accuracy and speed are highly valued. We foster a collaborative environment where teamwork is encouraged. Understanding warehouse layouts and inventory systems is beneficial. You will be required to use handheld scanners and other technology to manage orders. Compliance with all Safety regulations is non-negotiable. The physical demands include significant walking, standing, and reaching. You will be expected to perform regular Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. The use of appropriate PPE is mandatory for your protection. This position is a vital part of our Logistics network.
