We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker to contribute to our team in Orlando, Florida. This role is multifaceted, involving a range of tasks essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics network. You will be involved in receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for distribution. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, capable of performing physical tasks, including significant Lifting, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Experience with warehouse equipment and a familiarity with inventory procedures are advantageous. We place a high priority on Safety, and all employees are required to adhere to strict protocols and wear the necessary PPE at all times. This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations and contribute directly to our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Must be able to perform Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in team efforts to meet daily goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics.
