We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in the daily operations of our busy warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. You will contribute to the efficient flow of our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Safety is a top priority, and you will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols and wear the necessary PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform tasks requiring physical labor, including lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable and punctual.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
